The Process

your experience as a client is our top priority at Luminate KC. We know that event planning can be a stressful, but we hope you’ll find a little fun along the way. we promise to keep our communication prompt and in-depth, while providing you with a transparent outline of our process, so you know what to expect and when to expect it.

AVAILABILITY

letter/symbol availability is on a first come, first serve basis. however, we do have multiple characters available and will always do our best to make your vision happen. We offer a custom price quote, which includes delivery, set up, and pick up to your venue.

reservation + Rental Agreement

We recommend reserving your event date 2 to 3 months before your date. To reserve letters for your event, a signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit will be required. The deposit amount is based on your estimated order value. As your event evolves, your vision for your marquee signage may evolve too… That’s fine by us! WE’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your rentals, based on availability. your final estimate and remaining balance will reflect those changes.

day-of planning

We will work directly with you or your venue/event coordinator to make plans for delivery/install/pick-up. we will keep you in the loop as much or as little as you’d like, but understand that you probably aren’t interested in having your inbox flooded the week of your event. we keep our delivery process quick & simple in order to give you one less thing to worry about on your busy day!

final payment

We will request final payment 2-3 weeks out from your event date.
